If you’ve been searching for FRP bypass APK files and ended up with a folder full of random APKs you don’t understand, this post is for you. There are dozens of these files floating around the internet, and most sites dump a list of download links without explaining what any of them actually do. By the end of this guide, you’ll know exactly which file does what, which one fits your situation, and where to get them safely.
One thing worth knowing upfront: there’s no single APK that works on every device and every Android version. Google keeps patching the exploits these tools rely on, so different files target different versions. That’s why the list exists in the first place.
Android Version Compatibility
Not every FRP bypass APK works on every Android version. This is the most common reason people get stuck: they download a random APK, and it doesn’t work on their device. Here’s a clean breakdown:
| Android Version | APK to Use |
|---|---|
| Android 5 | Android_5_GAM.apk |
| Android 6 | Android_6_GAM.apk |
| Android 7 | FRP_Android_7.apk |
| Android 8 / 9 / 10 | Android_8-9-10_GAM.apk |
| Android 11+ | FRP_Bypass.apk / FRP_RISErom Latest |
Each of these APKs gets its own detailed post. Check the related section at the end.

What Each FRP Bypass File Actually Does
Most people download these files without knowing what’s happening under the hood. Here’s a plain explanation of each one:
Google Account Manager (GAM) APKs: These are the core of almost every FRP bypass method. The GAM APKs install an older version of Google’s own Account Manager app, one that doesn’t enforce the FRP lock. Once installed, you can add a new Google account from the setup screen, and the device accepts it without asking for the previously linked one. There are separate builds for Android 5, 5.1, 6, and a combined one for 8 through 10 because each version has a slightly different account management structure.
FRP Android 7: Android 7 handles account verification differently from the versions above and below it, so it needs its own dedicated file. It follows the same general principle as the GAM APKs but targets Nougat’s specific implementation.
FRP Bypass APK: This is a more general tool that doesn’t rely on replacing the Account Manager. Instead, it opens a backdoor through certain system activities to get you past the verification screen. Works across a wider range of versions but isn’t always as reliable as the version-specific GAM files.
FRP RISErom Latest: Our own updated version, compiled and tested on recent devices. This is the one to try first if you’re on Android 11 or above, where the older GAM method doesn’t work anymore. It combines multiple bypass techniques into one file, so you don’t have to try several APKs manually.
Account Login APK: A lightweight tool that simply opens the Google account sign-in screen directly, bypassing the setup wizard. Useful when the main bypass has already done its job, but the device still won’t let you proceed without signing in.
Activity Launcher: Not a bypass tool itself, but an essential helper. It lets you manually open any activity (screen or function) on the phone that would otherwise be inaccessible during the FRP lock state. Technicians use this constantly to navigate around locked setup screens.
QuickShortcutMaker is similar to Activity Launcher, but it works differently under the hood. It creates shortcuts to hidden system functions. On some devices, this is the only way to reach the settings menu from the setup screen.
Alliance Shield is mainly used on Samsung devices. It works through Knox, Samsung’s security layer, to give you access to certain device management functions during bypass. Not needed on most non-Samsung devices.
Package Disabler Pro is used to disable the FRP lock package itself on certain Samsung devices. More of an advanced tool — you’d only need this if the standard GAM method isn’t working on a Knox-enabled device.
Which File to Use for Your Situation
This is the question most people actually want answered.
You have a Samsung device. Start with FRP RISErom Latest. If that doesn’t work, try Alliance Shield combined with the GAM APK matching your Android version. Samsung’s Knox layer makes things more complicated than other brands, so you may need to use two or three tools together.
You have a Motorola, Xiaomi, Realme, or any non-Samsung Android. The GAM APK for your Android version is almost always enough. Check the download table, match your version, install it, and you’re done. FRP Bypass APK is a good backup if the GAM file doesn’t work.
You’re on Android 11, 1,2 or 13. Older GAM files won’t help here. FRP RISErom Latest is your best option. Success rate drops on newer security patches, so if the device has been updated recently, it may take a couple of tries with different methods.
You’re on Android 5, 6, or 7. You have the most options available. The version-specific GAM files work reliably on these older versions. Just match the file to your exact Android version from the table.
You can’t find the APK after downloading Install ES File Explorer or File Commander from the helper tools table. These let you browse your downloads folder and install APKs manually when the default file manager isn’t accessible from the setup screen.
The APK is installed, but nothing is happening. Try Activity Launcher or QuickShortcutMaker next. These open the pathways that the main bypass file needs to actually do its job. On some devices,s the bypass APK alone isn’t enough without one of these helper tools running alongside it.
FAQ
Is using an FRP bypass APK legal?
Using it on a device you own is completely fine. It’s your pho,ne and you have every right to access it. Problems only come up when someone uses these tools on a device they don’t own.
Will this work on my Samsung?
Samsung has additional Knox security layers that make FRP bypass more involved than on other brands. The GAM method sometimes works on older Samsung devices, ces but newer ones running Android 11 and above usually need a more specific approach. We have a dedicated Samsung post coming.
Why is my phone not accepting the APK install?
You need to enable “Install from unknown sources” first. On Android 8 and above, this is a per-app permission,n so make sure you allow it for whichever browser or file manager you’re using to open the file.
Why are there so many different FRP bypass APK files?
Because Android isn’t one thing. Every version handles Google account verification differently, and manufacturers like Samsung add their own security layers on top. A file that works perfectly on Android 8 might do nothing on Android 11. That’s why the collection exists — different files target different versions and brands.
Are these files safe to download?
All files in the table above are hosted on our GitHub or MediaFire and have been tested before uploading. That said, always be cautious about downloading FRP files from random sites you don’t recognize. Stick to trusted sources and you’ll be fine.
Can I just try all of them until one works?
You can, but it’s not the most efficient approach. Check your Android version first by going to Settings > About Phone > Android Version before the FRP screen locks you out completely. Then match it to the table above. That saves you from installing five APKs when one would have done the job.
Will these files work after a recent security update?
It depends. Security patches released after 2022 have closed a lot of the older bypass methods. If your device received a recent update, the GAM files may not work anymore. In that case FRP RISErom Latest is your best shot as it gets updated more regularly than the others.
Do I need a PC to use these files?
No. Every file in the list above is designed to be installed directly on the locked device through the setup screen. You just need a browser and a Wi-Fi connection to download and install them. If you need a PC-based method that’s a different guide entirely.
